A tiny footprint turned into a big experience. With dark, cocooning walls, curated lighting, and inviting textures, this small space now feels like a chic hideaway guests don’t want to leave.
The Before
With such a limited footprint, every move had to be intentional. Instead of a full redesign, we focused on strategic adjustments — removing a partial wall, re-routing ducts to improve flow, and adding a smart closet in the bedroom.
Planning the Transformation
From there, the design leaned on contrast to define the spaces: moody and cocooning in the living room, bright and airy in the bedroom. This balance gave the home openness, character, and just the right amount of drama.
The Outcome
What was once small and uninspired is now a chic, high-contrast hideaway. The living room feels dark and cocooning, the bedroom light and airy — together creating balance, drama, and comfort. With smart layout changes and layered details, the unit became a stylish space guests don’t want to leave.
