This phase of the project became less about fixing what was lost and more about redefining what was possible.
We rebuilt from the inside out—reframing every line, every sightline, and every intention for how these rooms should live.
What followed is a striking contrast:
spaces once dim and fractured now softened with natural light, grounded textures, sculptural silhouettes, and the quiet assurance of a home made new again.
The Before
The upper floors stood open to the sky—burned beams, fallen ceilings, and silence where rooms once lived.
A raw, haunting shell.
A story paused mid-sentence.
The perfect beginning for a reinvention.
Planning the Transformation
We approached these floors with a blank-page mindset.
Every line was reconsidered.
Every sightline refined.
Every choice guided by light, clarity, and intention.
The goal wasn’t to rebuild what once was—
but to create what these rooms were always meant to be.
