State Street
A flat, forgotten lower unit — reborn with volume, character, and intention. What was hidden behind drop ceilings and dated finishes is now a space that feels completely transformed from the ground up.
The Before
The bones were there, but none of it was working. Low ceilings cut the space off from its own potential, the layout felt unresolved, and the finishes had aged past their welcome. The only direction was forward.
Planning the Transformation
Every deliberate decision pushed toward openness and warmth — a vaulted ceiling reclaimed, beams added for texture and depth, a custom arched detail that gave the space a focal point worth designing around.
The Outcome
The result is a home that feels generous and grounded. Light moves differently in here now. The ceiling breathes. The details hold. A space that had nothing to say now has everything.
