Alvin Place
A complete gut renovation that gave this unit an identity it never had. What was once an empty shell is now a space with presence — moody, considered, and impossible to walk away from.
The Before
There was nothing here worth keeping. Bare framing, no layout, no character. The challenge wasn’t renovation — it was creation from scratch.
Visualizing the Outcome
The vision was clear before the walls were even up. Dark, full-height cabinetry. Veined marble running counter to ceiling. Brass accents that cut through the drama without softening it. A kitchen designed to feel like a destination, not an afterthought.
The Outcome
The result is a unit that commands attention the moment you walk in. Through contrast, texture, and deliberate design, it’s been transformed into a space guests don’t want to leave. A gut job that became a statement.
