Same address, entirely different challenge. This renovation asked more — and delivered more. What began as two unusable floors is now a complete, considered home.
The Before
The main floor was dated and directionless. The upper level was raw attic space — exposed, unfinished, and without purpose. Both required a full rethink before a single design decision could be made.
Planning the Transformation
Our goal was to honour the potential of every square foot, including the ones nobody had touched. We envisioned spaces that felt refined at ground level and surprising above it — functional yet full of personality, top to bottom.
The Outcome
The result is a home that rewards guests on every floor. Through a full renovation and thoughtful design, it’s been reborn into something guests remember long after checkout. Two floors. No wasted space. Nothing left behind.
