This home was in serious disrepair — with heaving floors, falling ceilings, and an abandoned feel. It needed a complete revival, but the original footprint gave us the perfect foundation to rebuild with intention.
The Before
This home had fallen into serious disrepair — with heaving floors, collapsing ceilings, and an overall abandoned state. It needed a lot of love. Fortunately, the existing footprint could be preserved, giving us a strong foundation to build upon.
Planning the Transformation
This project was all about the finishes. We always begin with the end in mind, and for the first time, the wallcovering set the tone — chosen first for all three apartments. From there, the bathroom tile followed, creating a cohesive and elevated flow throughout.

This once-abandoned unit is now a clean, modern retreat. By keeping the footprint intact and layering in bold wall coverings, statement tile, and thoughtful details, we created a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting — the perfect home base for traveling professionals.
