This was a major transformation — we reworked the entire footprint of the home. What had once been a single room became a proper kitchen, powder room, and mudroom, each with its own identity and flow.
The Before
This home had no dedicated kitchen and two oversized rooms that lacked function. The layout felt awkward and underused — a space with plenty of square footage but no clear purpose.
Planning the Transformation
To elevate the character, we added a vapor fireplace to the original mantle and installed European-inspired wall panels, creating a short-term rental that feels both clean and effortlessly cozy for traveling professionals.

The reimagined footprint brought clarity and flow to the home. A true kitchen, powder room, and mudroom now anchor the main level, while refined details and layered finishes bring style throughout. The result is a space that feels both purposeful and beautifully polished.
