We have a two-room minimum for all vacant staging projects.
This includes:
- One living room
- One dining area
- Kitchen countertop styling
Yes. We can add bedrooms, offices, or other interior rooms based on your project’s needs. (Outdoor areas are not included.)
Our staging includes furniture, textiles, decorative lighting, art, décor, and styling—curated to elevate the home and help buyers emotionally connect with the space.
Our standard staging term is 30 days, with the option to extend if needed.
Yes. The home must be clean, empty, and move-in ready so our team can install efficiently and safely. ⸻ Airbnb Design.
Yes. We offer full-service Airbnb design, including layouts, materials, finishes, and a complete creative direction tailored to produce a high-performing, guest-ready rental.
Absolutely. For clients who don’t need full design, we offer furnished-only, where we source and install all furniture and décor to get your listing ready quickly and beautifully.
Our design package focuses solely on building a strong design foundation. This starts with, Design direction, Mood boards or Renderings and all design selections throughout the project.
We design spaces that perform—balancing durability, beauty, guest experience, and ROI. Our projects are crafted to stop the scroll, book faster, and earn more.
Yes. We support both local and remote clients through virtual design, sourcing guidance, and coordinated installation options.
- Furnished-Only: Most projects take 3–6 weeks, depending on product availability and scheduling.
- Full Design: Timelines vary based on the Airbnb crew we’re partnered with and how quickly they can expedite and implement the design plans.
